Here’s my review of the new Lucy Locket loves leggings and tank top.
Being able to go to the gym has opened a whole new world of wardrobe choices and active wear for me. I do find however that there is a lack of active wear that makes me want to put it on and feel excited about wearing it.
I recently bought some leggings and a tank top from Lucy Locket Loves, there’s fun slogan tank tops, hoodies and a range of leggings with bright, fun prints. Not at all boring and miles away from the bog standard black gym legging. I chose some ‘Star gazing galaxy’ leggings as purple is my favourite colour and I thought they looked nice and bright.
I wasn’t disappointed when they came, the colour is exactly what I wanted and the quality is good, they feel nice on. I love the slogan at the top of the leggings ‘Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Strong’, certainly things I’m working towards! I also went for a ‘Girl Power’ tank top to compliment my outfit and again the fit is good along with the quality.
The company is new and more slogan tops have been added to the website and more pattern choices of leggings. With sizes 4 – 20 soon being available it looks like there will be something for everyone.
I’ll need a few gym sessions to really test my outfit out, summer holidays are getting in the way of my gym trips, but so far, I’m impressed. It’s an outfit I will look forward to wearing and feel good in.
Readers of my blog can take advantage of a special Hip2trek reader offer! Just use the code H2TREK20 at the checkout to receive 20% off. I earn points every time the code is used to go towards another pair of leggings.
*Disclaimer: I was given a discount to buy my leggings and tank top.
Since originally writing this blog post Locket Loves has gone from strength to strength. There’s now a variety of products activewear leggings, loungewear and casuals in lots of sizes and different leg lengths. My favourite ‘go to’ leggings when I want to be snuggly and comfy are my crazy cat leggings. I’ve worn them exercising and out and about too and wondered why some bloke was smirking at my legs! And with a name of Hip2trek and a dream of becoming a Physio I just had to have the funny bones leggings.
