Loving this Spring!

A place to share with you what I’m currently loving this Spring, either things I’ve bought, come across or been given that I think deserve a shout out.

First of all, has to be the Craghoppers Kiwi prolite stretch trousers which retail for about £50. I love these so much they got their own review post! Comfortable, stylish (well I think so and they’re not boring walking trousers!) and they fit well so what more could you ask for?! I bought these after some of the Outdoor Blogger girls recommended them, and I’ve just found out they do a cropped version too.

Tent Meals

We recently were camping for the Outdoor Bloggers weekend in a Bumble Camper and I wanted something yummy for breakfast. I’d seen Tent Meals on social media and their one pot meals looked great and easy to prepare. I couldn’t believe how fast my order arrived, in recycled packaging and with a lovely hand-written note which I thought was a nice touch. The meals are healthy and hearty and exactly what I needed before a ten-mile walk across the North Yorks Moors. It certainly kept me going until lunchtime and if the 500g isn’t enough they do a bigger version too. Our favourite was the Blueberry burst breakfast (£3.80 for 500g) and I especially liked the coconut in it. Yummy and worth a look!

Sunsense sun cream

I recently went to the BlogonX blogging conference. It was a chance to pick up some tips at the many sessions, meet and chat to the brands that were there. We got some awesome goody bags and inside were some samples of Sunsense sun cream. With the nice weather we’ve recently been having I’ve been using the samples and so have the kids. We really liked that it was easy to use, absorbs into the skin really quickly, so you’re not left with sticky skin. I think for that reason the kids didn’t mind putting this on. Most importantly it’s high in SPF and UVA. We have slightly sensitive skin in our house and sometimes sun cream leads to a break out a few days later, but I’ve had no problems at all. There is an active sport version too, so I might have to test that one out next.

Realhandful Snacks

These were a gift in our Outdoor bloggers weekend goody bag. We tried them on our Bluebell walk this weekend and oh my goodness, they are so yummy. I find some snacks and bars either lacking in taste or nutrition, but these were so tasty they got demolished in seconds. I was going to take a picture of the bar, because they look inviting too, but they got snaffled too quickly so only a picture of the packet I’m afraid! With a range of snacks on offer I’m certainly going to be looking for more of these to take on our outdoor adventures.

I hope you like what I’m currently loving. What are you loving that I need to go check out? All opinions are honest and my own, and apart from being gifted a couple of the items I’ve received no incentive to write this. Just wanted to share some cool things for you to discover.
